3. Lifetime Access & Service Availability
A "Lifetime" subscription or access pass grants you access to Exam Parati’s services for as long as the platform remains commercially operated, maintained, and available by the current operators.
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted and permanent service, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription and access may be altered, suspended, or permanently terminated under certain circumstances beyond standard operation, including but not limited to:
- Change of Ownership or Asset Sale: If the website, business, or associated digital assets are sold, acquired, or transferred to a third party, continuation of lifetime access remains subject to the policies of the new owner.
- Catastrophic Events & Force Majeure: Unforeseen events, natural disasters, permanent server or infrastructure failures, third-party service cessations, or platform discontinuation/liquidation.
- Security Incidents & Cyberattacks: Severe cyberattacks, unauthorized breaches, or security incidents that compromise the platform’s integrity or operational viability beyond reasonable control.
Under any such circumstances, Exam Parati and its operators shall not be held liable for any loss of access, data, or subscription privileges, and no monetary compensation or refunds will be issued.
